SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1- 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME
We offer the following shipping options:
- Courier Delivery (where available): 2 – 5 business days (door to door)
- Paxi or Pudo (for certain areas): 3 – 7 business days (door to Pudo locker or nearest Paxi outlet **
**Please note that Paxi/Pudo will be utilised if the delivery address is in a high security risk area.
3. SHIPPING AREAS
We deliver throughout South Africa.
For certain outlying or residential areas where standard courier services are not available, we will use reliable alternative delivery services such as Paxi or Pudo to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
Free shipping may apply on orders above R1000 —please refer to current promotions.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
